Freedom Boat Club Lake Texoma, North Texas

You searched for Freedom Boat Club pricing, found our website, and couldn't find a number. We know that's frustrating. This post is the complete, honest answer — why the price isn't listed, what's included, and exactly how to get the real number for your situation in about 60 seconds.

We are going to be as direct as possible here, because we think you deserve that. If you want to skip to the bottom and just call us, that's completely fine. If you want to understand the whole picture first, keep reading.

The Honest Answer: Why No Price on the Website

Freedom Boat Club operates at more than 400 locations across the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia. A club in coastal Florida running a fleet of offshore center consoles has completely different pricing than a freshwater lake club in North Texas. The fleet size, the boat types, the number of slips, the local market, the operational costs — all of it varies by location.

If we posted a single number on our website, we would be posting a number that is accurate for some locations and wrong for others. We'd rather give you the right number for your actual location — Lake Lewisville or Lake Texoma — in a real conversation.

There is a second reason: we run promotions. The current price with whatever active promotion is available right now will always be more accurate than anything printed on a web page. If you call us today, you will get today's actual number.

The Short Version: The price isn't hidden. It isn't a secret. It changes by location and by what promotions are currently running. Call or text us and you have the real number in under a minute — no sales presentation required first.

What the Membership Actually Includes

Before the number means anything, you need to know what you're comparing it to. Here is everything that comes with a Freedom Boat Club membership at our North Texas locations.

The Questions We Get Asked Most

Is there a long-term contract?

There is an initiation fee and monthly dues. The specifics of membership terms are something we walk through during a tour — they vary by plan type and any current promotions. We will not pressure you into anything during that conversation. Come see the fleet first.

How does the price compare to renting a boat?

A single-day boat rental on Lake Lewisville or Lake Texoma typically runs $550 to $700 plus fuel. Most members break even versus renting at 4 to 6 days on the water per year. After that, every additional day is essentially free relative to the rental alternative. We cover the full math in our post on boat rental versus boat club.

How does it compare to owning a boat?

The total annual cost of owning a boat on a North Texas lake - storage, insurance, maintenance, repairs, registration - runs $5,600 to $18,000 per year before fuel, and that doesn't count the purchase price or depreciation. For anyone boating fewer than 50 days a year, the math almost always favors membership over ownership. Full breakdown in our boat club vs. buying post.

What boats are in the fleet?

Our North Texas fleet includes pontoons, tritoons, double-decker pontoons, bowriders, center consoles, and wake surf boats. The specific boats available at each location rotate as the fleet is updated. When you come in for a tour, we will walk you through exactly what is currently on the dock at each lake.

Do I need boating experience?

No experience needed. Every new member goes through an on-water orientation with one of our Coast Guard Captains before their first independent reservation. You can book additional training sessions any time. We have members who had never driven a boat before joining and were confidently out on Texoma within a few weeks.

Can I use the membership at other Freedom Boat Club locations?

Yes. Your membership gives you access to every Freedom Boat Club location worldwide at more than 425 locations in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Book a boat at any location through the same app you use here. **local plan does not include recripricol access.

What happens if a boat breaks down or isn't available?

Equipment issues and maintenance are handled entirely by our team. If a boat you booked has a mechanical issue, we work to get you on another boat. You are not responsible for repairs. The operational risk stays with us, not you.

The Best Next Step

The most useful thing you can do right now is come to one of our locations and see the fleet in person. The tour takes about 30 to 45 minutes. We will show you the boats, walk through current pricing and any active promotions, answer every question you have, and let you make the call with full information.

No pressure. No hard close. If a membership makes sense for you after that conversation, great. If it doesn't, we would rather tell you that than have you join a club that is not the right fit.

One More Thing: We are a locally owned and operated Freedom Boat Club franchise. When you call us, you're talking to someone who boats Lake Lewisville and Lake Texoma every week. Not a national call center. A real person who can answer your specific questions about these two lakes, these specific boats, and what a membership actually looks like for someone in the DFW area.
